The current market is very competitive so pricing your property correctly to attract potential buyers is crucial. Getting your house in order
Before we present a buyer to your property, we check that you have all necessary ownership documents to sell your property, an estimate of the transfer taxes payable upon sale and set up a marketing plan exclusively for your property. We also check whether you need to be physically present to complete a sale agreement, or if you need to give Power of Attorney to your lawyer beforehand.

During the sale negotiation, we take all this into consideration and at the conclusion present you with an offer that may even have the buyer paying all transfer and settlement costs.
